At Aqualine Jewelry, we are committed to exceptional craftsmanship and creating pieces that are made to be treasured for a lifetime. Every Signature and Eterna Collection piece is carefully inspected before it leaves our trusted manufacturing partners.

Product Excellence Guarantee

We proudly stand behind the quality of every piece we create.

If your jewelry arrives with a manufacturing defect or workmanship issue, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. Eligible items may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.

All Signature and Eterna Collection jewelry is covered by our 3-Month Craftsmanship Warranty, which covers manufacturing defects experienced under normal wear and the labor required to repair them.

This warranty applies only to defects in materials or workmanship and does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear over time.

Please note that any repairs, alterations, resizing, or modifications performed by a jeweler other than Aqualine Jewelry or our authorized manufacturing partners will void this warranty.


Ring Resizing

We understand that finding the perfect fit is important.

Eligible rings purchased from Aqualine Jewelry may be resized within 30 days of delivery for a nominal resizing fee.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from our repair facility.

  • Ring resizing typically requires 2–7 business days once received.

  • Certain ring designs cannot be resized due to their construction.

The following rings are not eligible for resizing:

  • Eternity bands

  • Full eternity engagement rings

  • Certain custom or bespoke designs

If an eternity ring is ordered in the incorrect size, it is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered under this warranty. Approved returns of incorrectly sized eternity rings may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.


Diamond & Gemstone Replacement

For added peace of mind, we offer complimentary replacement of eligible accent diamonds or gemstones that become dislodged due to a manufacturing defect within 3 months of purchase.

This warranty excludes:

  • Center stones

  • Diamonds or gemstones weighing 0.12 carats or larger

  • Stones lost due to accidental damage, impact, misuse, or improper care

All warranty claims are subject to inspection by our manufacturing team.


What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

Our Craftsmanship Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

It does not include:

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, scuffs or nicks

  • Bent rings or damaged prongs caused by accidental impact

  • Missing stones resulting from accidental damage

  • Water damage or chemical exposure

  • Damage caused by perfumes, lotions, cleaning products or harsh chemicals

  • Tarnishing or natural wear of precious metal finishes or plating

  • Fading or wear caused by everyday use

  • Lost or stolen jewelry

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence or improper storage

  • Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, resizing or alterations


How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Care team before returning your item.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Full name

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the jewelry

  • Photos of any damaged areas

Please use "Warranty Claim – Order #12345" as the subject line of your email.

Once your claim has been reviewed, we'll provide return instructions if your item requires inspection.


Returning Your Jewelry

When returning jewelry for warranty assessment or repair:

  • Package your jewelry securely.

  • Do not indicate that the package contains jewelry on the outside of the parcel.

  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice.

  • Use a tracked and insured shipping service.

For your protection, we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance equal to the value of your jewelry. Aqualine Jewelry cannot be responsible for packages lost or damaged while in transit to us.

Unless covered under warranty, customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with repairs, resizing, returns, or exchanges.


Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection legislation.

Where required by law, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for products that fail to meet consumer guarantees.
