1. Aqualine Everyday Collection

At Aqualine Jewelry, every piece is carefully prepared and packaged with love before making its journey to you. We partner with trusted fulfillment specialists to ensure your jewelry arrives beautifully presented and ready to wear.


 

Shipping

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Please note that during new collection launches, holiday periods, or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

Australia: 5–10 business days

New Zealand: 6–12 business days

United States & Canada: 7–14 business days

United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days

Rest of World: 10–21 business days

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.


Customs & Import Duties

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local government.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Unfortunately, once an order has entered production or has been dispatched, we are unable to make address changes.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer may incur additional shipping charges before being re-sent.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our Everyday Collection, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected
  • Personal preference
  • Accidental orders

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and images before placing an order.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • damaged during transit,
  • contains a manufacturing defect, or
  • you receive the incorrect item,

please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Once approved, we'll happily offer either:

  • A complimentary replacement, or

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If your product has a major fault, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as provided under applicable consumer legislation.


Lost Parcels

If your tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check around your property.
  • Check with household members or neighbours.
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly.

If you still require assistance, please contact us and we'll do our best to help investigate the shipment.

Every piece in our Signature and Eterna Collections is thoughtfully crafted and carefully inspected before being beautifully packaged for its journey to you.

Our fine jewelry is made using premium materials including solid gold, sterling silver, natural gemstones and lab-grown diamonds, and is fulfilled through our trusted manufacturing partners.

 


 

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

Some styles, limited edition pieces or higher-carat diamonds may require additional preparation time. If your order requires extra processing, we'll contact you promptly.

United States & Canada: 5–10 business days

United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days

Rest of World: 10–21 business days

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment centre.

 


 

Complimentary Shipping

We proudly offer complimentary tracked shipping on all Signature and Eterna Collection orders.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

 


 

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT or import taxes imposed by your country.

These fees are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

 


 

Returns & Exchanges

Your happiness means everything to us.

If you are not completely in love with your purchase, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Be in original condition

  • Include all original packaging

  • Include any certificates or documentation provided

  • Show no signs of wear, damage or alteration

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and custom manufacturing reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or bespoke jewellery

  • Personalized or engraved pieces

  • Made-to-order rings

  • Earrings (unless faulty)

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

 


 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your jewellery arrives damaged, defective or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
