# How to Measure Your Ring Size at Home

## Option 1: Measure a Ring You Already Own

1. Select a ring that fits the intended finger comfortably.
2. Measure the inside diameter in millimetres using a ruler or digital calipers.
3. Compare your measurement with the chart above.

1. Wrap a strip of paper or a piece of string around the base of your finger.
2. Mark where the ends overlap.
3. Measure the length in millimetres.
4. Compare the circumference measurement with the chart above.

# Ring Sizing Tips

For the best results:

- Measure your finger at the end of the day when it is at its largest.
- Avoid measuring when your hands are cold, as fingers naturally shrink.
- Hot weather, exercise and pregnancy can temporarily increase finger size.
- Your ring should slide over your knuckle with slight resistance but fit comfortably once in place.
- If you're between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size.
